Mr Windows is a small, family-owned business based in Reston, Virginia, that aims to clean people's windows, pressure wash roofs, and more.

The situation:

After confirming the user's appointment, Mr Windows sends an email with all the instructions and reminders.

The problem:

  • Users get these emails, reads it, and forgets about it.
  • Users don't follow any of the instructions in the email.
  • Users don't understand the instructions.
  • As a result, Mr Windows always has to do extra work in the beginning to make sure their workers don't have to worry about damaging things while they are cleaning.
  • This delays their work, their process, makes them late to other appointments, and ruins their reputation.
